International orders may be subject to customs and duty fees, which can vary significantly based on the destination country. These fees must be paid by the customer upon the package's arrival to the local government and are separate from the original purchase price and shipping costs. They are non-refundable. If the recipient does not pay the required duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned, and Ula will not provide a refund, including shipping fees and charges.

We are happy to accept returns in exchange for store credit when the items are returned in their original condition, but we do not offer refunds.
