Return & Exchange Policy
At Ula, we are pleased to accept returns in exchange for store credit when items are received in their original condition.
Unsure about your size?
We encourage you to utilize the "What's my size" widget or reach out to us for guidance. Our aim is to help our customers reduce their carbon footprint by avoiding multiple shipments.
Before returning any items, please visit our Return and Exchange portal and carefully follow our Return Policy Guidelines:
Domestic Israel Sales Policy
If you wish to make an exchange for a different size or another item, please make your request and return the items within 10 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange or store credit is approved, securely package your items and send them to the provided address. Ensure you obtain a tracking number for your return to confirm delivery. Please follow the guidelines below:
- No Store Credit on Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and not eligible for store credit.
Return Policy Guidelines
We accept returns for items in their original condition: new, unused, unwashed, free of deodorant stains, with tags and hygienic liners in place. Returns not meeting this policy will be sent back to the sender.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of receiving the wrong item or size.

Loss or Damage: Ula is not liable for lost or damaged packages during shipment or for locating lost or stolen packages after delivery. This applies to both domestic and international orders. If you want additional services like signature confirmation or insurance, include a note with your order, and we will email you to confirm availability and cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address: Ula is not responsible for replacing packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
International Sales Policy
Due to high shipping costs, we cannot cover outbound shipping expenses for exchanges on international orders. Please note the following Return Policy Guidelines:
- We accept returns for store credit only when items are in their original condition: new, unused, unwashed, free of deodorant stains, with tags and hygienic liners in place.
- Follow careful packaging practices and obtain a tracking number for your return to confirm delivery.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges or store credit.
- Outbound shipping for exchanged items is charged to the customer.
- All sales are final on sale items, as previously mentioned.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary by destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping fees. They must be paid to the local government upon delivery and are non-refundable. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being abandoned, and Ula will not refund the order, including shipping charges and fees.
Faulty Items
Goods are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect. Please carefully follow care instructions, as items will not be exchanged if they have been incorrectly damaged. Items damaged due to regular wear and tear are not considered faulty and are not eligible for exchange.

Sale Items
Returns or refunds are not available for sale items.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that a 5% or $27 fee, whichever is lower, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds and Store Credits
Refunds and store credits are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse.
Gifts
If products were purchased as a gift and returned, store credit will be issued to the original purchaser unless otherwise specified.
Just a Friendly Reminder:
A 5% fee (or $27, whichever is lower) will be deducted from the refund amount. All returns must reach us within 14 days of receiving your goodies. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for lost packages.
